HONG KONG INSTITUTION OF SCIENCE Fellows
Fellows of the Institution shall be Ordinary Members of the Institution with good standing and shall have made outstanding contribution to science and technology through original research or innovative applications; or have provided outstanding service to the science and technology community in Hong Kong. Fellows of the Institution shall be elected in the manner prescribed by the Council and specified in By-Laws.
